Title: My Baratza Vario 885 review

I've been using the Vario Coffee grinder for about a month after the previous 9 years old Solis grinder broke and I LOVE IT. Great accurate timer save you money on wasted coffee, compact in size and sturdy. Recommended highly!

Title: My Baratza Vario 885 review

Good grinder for the money. Easy to use, quiet and compact in size. I use it for both espresso grinding with my Silvia and from time to time grind coarse for French press. Moving from one setting to another is not as accurate and require some fine tuning when you go back to previous setting, but I guess its the same with any stepless alike grinders. Overall its quality grinder for home. Recommended.

Title: My Baratza Vario 885 review

After using a Rocky for 2 years, I have been looking for an upgrade for a while. I was not sure if the Vario would be a significant step up, but know I am so glad I did buy it. Pros: -Clumpless (WDT not required) -Micro steps (almost stepless) -Timer for accurate and easy dosing -low grind retention -build quality better than what it looks on pictures -does not take too much countertop space as the big Mazzers & Macaps Cons: -Not the nicest look, but not too bad either BTW, I bought a "blemished box". The grinder was not used and in perfect condition. The only small issue I had: the portafilter holder "fork" was missing. I contacted Zcafe support and they called me back withing 24 hours. They shipped the missing part really quickly, support is A1. Will do business with them again.

Title: My Baratza Vario 885 review

This grinder is an excellent value, and incredibly easy to use. The grind setting that the vario is capable of giving the user an incredible level of control, much like a stepless grinder. If there is one downside, it is not a robust as some of the other, more expensive grinders (like the mazzers). However, at this price, its a winner.
