If you find any of our Espresso Machines, Coffee Grinders or Combined Packages (Espresso Machine + Grinder) advertised for lower price, (in store, online or by email offer) we will not only match their pricing, but match it "plus" take extra 10% off the difference, even within 7 days after your purchase following the guidelines below.
Simple Guidelines and Exclusions:
 Must be exact item advertised by another website or retail store in Canada. Same manufacturer, make, model, number, etc.
Our guarantee is applicable to same item's Grand Total price delivered to your door, including shipping and/or taxes. Any gifts, packages, etc. may also be included if their actual value can be verified. If the grand total of a competitor's website or store is lower than our listed grand total at the same time and meet these guidelines, you will be granted instant price match plus discount coupon valid for the same day.
The Guarantee is not applicable if the competitor's is not authorized dealer or service dealer, does not have the item in stock or we can not verify it, if the item is discontinued, outlet item, refurbished or similar terms. Also excluded offers by membership only sites or auction sites. Excluded are sites that pretends to be authorized dealers or service providers, have obvious low pricing or product errors for items that are unavailable by them where they do not actually have in stock or carry. If we are unable to verify in-store price by phone, a quote or store ad maybe required.
Offers of rebate, points, rewards, gift cards, refund after purchase and similar are excluded from out price match guarantee.
Even after you buy from us, we will meet or beat competitor pricing by up to 10% of the difference if you find lower price within 7 days of your order. Refund is given only where an applicable identical item is within our Price Match Guidelines.
Price match guarantee does Not apply to Boxing or Black Friday Deals or if we do not have the item in stock. Manufacturer sudden price drops or Manufacturer coupons are excluded because they are time limited and issued by the manufacturer.
We reserve the right to determine which items, sales or websites qualify as above exceptions at our own discretion. If you are not sure if your request will be applicable for our Easy 10 discount or refund, please contact us prior to your purchase.
