Our Genuine E-61 Bottomless naked portafilter is for the true barista. It is brand new, Factory Built and not a rebuilt (chopped) of used portafilter handles, thus guarantee perfect fit, no distortion and quality nickel plating of the brass. The plastic part of the handle can randomly be shipped in either high sheen black finish as pictured or satin matte black finish.

Included is triple basket (21 gr) that is nicely aligned with the bottom perimeter of the bottomless portafilter handle. The handle can also be used with single or double shot baskets that you may already have.

The Bottomless Portafilter (Naked Portafilter) require passion and patience for perfecting the espresso shot. If your coffee is not fresh, not suitable for espresso, the grind level or tamping is incorrect you may get channeling or splattering. However, your patience will be rewarded!

Please note that although all E61 groupheads are the same, different manufacturers choose to use different thickness of grouphead gasket, therefore in some cases the new handle may fit slightly hard for the first few days of use. It is normal and gets better fit into the grouphead after few days of use. In addition, if you have older machine where the gasket is dryer and harder than new machines, you may experiment some difficulties inserting the handle for the first few days - its only temporarily and normal behaviour with any new handle.
